The staff here is great, and the breakfast spread is extensive, the rooms are spacious, nicely decorated, and come equipped with coffee/tea amenities and glassware.

Large and stylish room and the bed was big.

It was as expected, had a really really nice stay for short visit. Everything was excellant, accommodating stuff, particularly good location so close to the mall and marina, Istanbul from Ataturk airport and restaurants and supermarkets.

Comfortable room with all necessary amenities, even managed to adjust the thermostat to the lowest setting. the staff here were really great - super caring, attentive, and always quick to help out when needed. 👍

The hotel is excellent to say the least. The service is wonderful and there is a mall in the walking distance. The only thing I take agianst the hotel that they did not honour the "vat included" condition on my online booking which costed me an extra 500 Euros... I recommend the 'club room"" because it has free internet and a lounge room with free internet, free Breakfast and dinner

The location was convenient and decent, 5 min walk from bus station. Dessert restaurant Saray Muhallebicisi located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Overall it was well-equipped and beautifully decorated with comfortable bed.

The staff here are super friendly and made sure the parking situation was sorted out. the room is huge and nicely laid out, especially the awesome bathroom 🚿. They provide top-notch service, and the breakfast spread is absolutely massive.

We had disabled facility and staff were genuinly helpful and friendly. All parts of the hotel were accessible

The disabled room was moderate. There was nowhere to sit other than on the bed or on the desk chair. It was a club room but there was no easy chair or sofa. The bed was very small - more like a single bed. For this type of room one should expect an extra large kingsize bed.
